Butte-Silver Bow attorney, Amanda D. Hunter, has years of experience helping clients navigate the legal technicalities and obstacles that we all face from time-to-time. Amanda strives to provide every client and every type of matter with competent, efficient, and communicative legal services so that clients rights and assets are preserved, and a resolution is found.
Amanda’s family roots in Southwest Montana go way back, but she fell in love with Butte after moving here in 2016. Dedicated to the community, Amanda cannot imagine any better hill on earth to devote her legal career to and place to raise her family.
Amanda has been a licensed attorney since 2013, and practices in Montana, Colorado, and the Federal District Court of Montana. Amanda is currently a Guardian ad Litem representing children in the Butte area for the State of Montana and is a team member on the Butte Family Drug Court representing children.
Amanda focuses her private practice on the areas of Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Tax Planning, and Estate and Probate Administration. She also regularly provides Guardianship, Family Law, Business Entity, and Small Business legal services, as well as representation for individuals and businesses with Tax Delinquency issues before the Internal Revenue Service and Montana Department of Revenue. Amanda also has a special passion for Real Property law, including but not limited to title, transaction, easement, partition, and zoning and ordinance matters.
